Senior players needed.
We need players from the age of 17 up with or without experience as full training and coaching provided.
We train on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm to 8.30pm at our ground.
come along and try it out even if you have never played before or have been out of the game for some time.
maybe you are new to south oxhey or watford, rugby is a great way of meeting new people from the area, a great way to socialise and you can get fit at the same time.
Dont forget every other Thursday food at the dick whittington after training.

South oxhey rugby club exiles play on a Saturday afternoon usually a 2.30pm or 3pm kick off so if you fancy coming along to support us just check out our fixture list for our next home game, we would love to see you their.

Back from christmas and another great result.
This is our best season so far but still time to improve!!!! back to training after christmas and from next week back to two seasions a week.
The turn out has been great and the results are evidence.
